Abstract
Este trabajo presenta dos aproximaciones teóricas al tema del incesto: la realizada por la teoría psicoanalítica y la efectuada por la jurisprudencia;y dos casos de abusos sexuales, uno representado directamente como abuso, el otro presentado como cobijado por formas legales de derechos civiles de los grupos polígamos. El objetivo es considerar la conjunción de los dos sistemas teóricos en la asistencia que prestan al desentrañamiento de la formación de masculinidades; la de los dos ejemplos ilustra las formas variadas que presenta el abuso que sufren las niñas en dos culturas diferentes.
