Cuadernos de Vivienda y Urbanismo (CVU) is a publication of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. CVU is a refereed journal that publishes scientific articles related to housing policy, urban design and urban/regional planning from a trans-disciplinary point of view, focused, but not reduced, to low-income communities in the Latin American context. The decision to accept, revise or reject an article is made by the Editorial Committee, based on the reports of external referees, communicated to the main author by the Editor. The evaluation is guided by the following criteria: i) content of the article: relevance, contributions to the field, depth, and methodological and conceptual rigor. ii) formal aspects: style, structure and readability. CVU aims to reach students, academics and professionals within disciplines related to housing, urban design and urban/regional planning. One of the objectives of the journal is to become an important source and reference of information on urban policies and development in Latin America.
