Resumen

La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa en los países en desarrollo se ha convertido en un campo de investigación emergente. En este trabajo se propone un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales para analizar la relación entre las acciones de Responsabilidad Social Corporativay su influencia en la Cooperación, Innovación y Desempeño en el sector agroindustrial ubicado en Costa Rica. Se utilizó un  modelo de ecuaciones estructurales para investigar el modelo de relación conceptuales y explicar las asociaciones entre variables. Los resultados del modelo sugieren que la RSE y la innovación influyen positivamente en el rendimiento. Por el contrario, parece que la Cooperación no influye en el Desempeño.
