This, according to Ellison's scale, is both representative and valuable since caregivers keep a high level of spirituality. Conclusions allowed to dientify the level os spiritual wellbeing of those caregivers in children with chronic diseases in the Jorge Bejarano Children's Hospital, belonging to the National Social Health Insurance Institute (ISS) in Colombia. This level of spirituality should be promoted, kept and strengthened via valuation and identification of spiritual needs.
