Abstract

The need of juridical security in France has provoked a remarkable process of codification that will be concluded in 2010. This process is the result of several struggles for controlling the legal disorder. By analyzing this essay, readers may achieve a complete idea of one the most recent codification process in Europe. This huge codification process has the purpose of getting not only an important tool to improve the quality of the rule of law, but also a more clear and rational juridical system.
