Resumen

El desarrollo de las funciones ejecutivas (FE) constituye un proceso fundamental en la infancia, dado que regula la conducta, la organización del pensamiento y la adaptación a las demandas del entorno. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre las rutinas de juego informales en el hogar, el uso de tecnología y los perfiles de FE en niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) con condiciones del neurodesarrollo Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH) y discapacidad intelectual en Colombia. Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo correlacional y exploratorio. La muestra estuvo integrada por 31 familias cuyos cuidadores diligenciaron un formulario digital (ProyMSc-CO-IND_2026) que incluyó el Childhood Executive Functioning Inventory (CHEXI). Los análisis incluyeron un Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP) sobre los ítems del CHEXI y correlaciones de Spearman entre variables del entorno y dominios ejecutivos. Los resultados indican que un mayor nivel de uso de tecnología se asocia con mayores dificultades en planificación (rs = 0.39, p = 0.030), mientras que una mayor disponibilidad de afordancias de juego informal mostró una asociación negativa con las dificultades de control inhibitorio (rs = −0.37, p = 0.047). Dado el tamaño muestral reducido, los resultados se interpretan como evidencia exploratoria.
