Abstract
This article aims to describe the legal liability international regulation of air carriers, compared to Colombian regulation from their original legal source.
This comparison will be based on the Warsaw System, the 1999 Montreal Convention, and the sections of the Colombian Commercial Code related
with local and foreign air transportation which are not regulated by international
treaties. It should be clarified that this analysis will cover only the contractual liability mentioned in the legal regimes listed up.
