SPECIAL SUBJECTION RELATIONS IN SPANISH LAW

The main objective of this work is to develop some reflections about the confusing
legal figure of the special subject relations and the difficulties posed by this
situation. In order to attain this objective it has been analyzed the development
this institution has had within Spanish doctrines and at the same time we referred
to the sentences of the High Court related to this topic. This research is part of a
study dealing with the principles regulating the administration sanctioning activity.
