Resumen
Se presenta el análisis de los acuerdos e instrucciones emitidos por la Junta Electoral Central española (organismo constitucional clave encargado de garantizar la transparencia, objetividad e igualdad del proceso electoral) con respecto a los proyectos e iniciativas para la implantación del voto por internet.
