Abstract
One appears the analysis in the agreements and instructions emitted by the spanish Junta Electoral Central (constitutional organism key in charge to guarantee the transparency, objectivity and equality del electoral process) respect to the projects and initiatives for the implantation del vote by Internet.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
