Abstract
Este artículo realiza un análisis y contraste crítico entre dos de los conflictos más significativos en materia de gestión de aguas en España, los casos de Yesa y Matarraña, con el objetivo de identificar las claves de lo que debería ser un proceso participativo de diálogo social en la resolución de conflictos de aguas, y con el interés de caracterizar la calidad de tales procesos y soluciones desde diferentes baremos de gobernabilidad. Para ello, se ha aplicado una metodología de análisis histórico-institucional y de análisis de políticas públicas, que da cuenta de que, estos casos, aunque con una génesis y evolución marcada por líneas de fuerza, contradicciones y ritmos similares, presentan los casos extremos del abanico en cuanto a sus procesos de resolución.Ambiente y Desarrollo is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
