Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo fue documentar y formalizar un producto agroindustrial. Para ello se consultaron los criterios para llevar a cabo este proceso y conocer en qué campo de la legislación se debía incluir. Luego se ajustó el proceso de producción con el fin de cumplir con las normas de calidad exigidas para su mercadeo. Por esta razón, a un lote del producto se le realizaron análisis fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos. Finalmente, los resultados se compararon con los requisitos exigidos por el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia y control de Medicamentos y Alimentos (
invima), el cual se identificó como: "Mezcla a base de pulpa de frutas y planta aromática para preparar bebida caliente". De esta manera, se obtuvo la información pertinente sobre las entidades y los procedimientos para ubicar el producto en el mercado nacional.
