Abstract

The present paper is based on a process that includes research at a global level and subsequent application at the local level of industrialized housing. The first part is about the constant concern of the architects of the Modern Movement to offer massive housing solutions, with some significant examples. In the second part, the author presents an alternative offered to solve part of the deficit of social housing in Colombia, through the implementation of an industrial construction system.
