Abstract
En este trabajo se presenta el resultado parcial de la mirada al hábitat del borde nor-oriental de la ciudad de Pamplona. Dicha mirada es realizada internamente, desde la realidad propia de sus habitantes, y externamente, mediante la intervención de diferentes actores urbanos del ámbito académico, político e institucional. Lo anterior, con el fin de identificar las formas de habitar dentro de dicho espacio, y determinar los problemas y potencialidades específicas de este territorio, que permitan proponer lineamientos y estrategias para el desarrollo local sostenible del sector, desde un enfoque participativo. La metodología se soporta en tres etapas fundamentales: análisis, diagnóstico y formulación, las cuales se desarrollan a través de métodos cualitativos como la etnografía y la fenomenología. Hasta el momento se han identificado algunos problemas y potencialidades, que han permitido determinar aspectos claves para estructurar los lineamientos y estrategias tendientes a garantizar las dinámicas propias de las tramas del habitar.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
