Abstract
Si bien el capital social estratégico constituido alrededor de la institucionalidad representada en la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros fue uno de los cuatro valores excepcionales reconocidos por la Unesco[1] al momento de inscribir el Paisaje Cultural Cafetero –PCC en la lista de patrimonio mundial en junio de 2011, en este artículo el interés se centra en algunos de los procesos institucionales emergentes con los cuales se espera atender las necesidades derivadas del Plan de Manejo del PCC. De manera particular se describe la gestión alrededor de un Contrato Plan, la conformación de la Asociación de Municipios, y dinámicas relacionadas con la normativa y la planeación territorial.
