Abstract

The objective of this study is to raise awareness among children between 6 and 8 years of age in the city of Bogotá, about their basic rights, as well as the concepts of quality of life and environment. The planned product of the study is an educational pamphlet for children to be able to relate these concepts to the 44th article of the Colombian Political Constitution, as well as their life experience. The methodology follows the “Ciclo Proyectual”, from which it illustrates the conflicts and potentials that originated the study. The results aim to verify the proposal from evaluation and feedback, arguing its sustainability and relation to its social and cultural legitimacy. At the same time, it proposes other alternatives to treat the subject, with the objective of securing the continuity of the proposed plans. The conclusion focuses on the necessity and importance of this type of informational material in a city like Bogotá, faced by a great number of daily social problems, due to the lack of knowledge about fundamental rights.
