Abstract
Two models of houses are typical in the south-west of Bogotá. One is the model of selfmanaged house in the neighborhood Patio Bonito, and another is the planned house in the neighborhoods El Tintal and La Primavera. Beyond the morphological differences between these two types of housing, this study explores the anthropological differences, characterizing the residents as individuals that change his house, while they are modified by this. That is, seeking to know what are the sociocultural differences between these two houses models and how these differences affect life projects that each person builds. The answer to this question is obtained from three scales of analysis. The first two of space, and the third, temporal. 1) Analyses the domestic space. 2) Analyses the neighborhood space, and 3) The time scale, which identifies the stages of the process of obtaining house.
