Abstract

This paper makes an interpretation of the territory from memory, starting from identifying that the idea of habitability is lighted up by this relationship. Territory construction, as well as memory exercise, shows a closer reading for its constitution reality as a guide to distort its meaning while trying to guide some of its perceptions and interventions. That is the reason why this statement is initially understood from the meanings of imaginary of memory and technique. A brief deliberation on memory as a creating device for living space is later present in order to considerate as a final the popular habitat, arguing that more ways of living with the territory strictu senso can be founded in this field.
