Abstract
Partiendo de un estudio de caso, el trabajo analiza cómo observan los campesinos a algunasde las tecnologías propias de la agricultura industrial y que impacto tienen éstas en su realidadsocioproductiva. La investigación utiliza metodologías de investigación cualitativa y se centraen el análisis de productores que están (o han estado) abocados al cultivo de tabaco en Misiones(Argentina). Los resultados sugieren que estas tecnologías presentan tres inconvenientesprincipales cuando son utilizas en estos sistemas productivos. Primero, algunos campesinostienen dificultades para comprender su lógica de funcionamiento porque han sido diseñadaspartiendo de conocimientos técnicos que confrontan sus marcos conceptuales. Segundo, elcontexto socioproductivo en el que algunas de estas tecnologías son utilizadas, dista muchode ser el ideal, en especial, aquellas relacionadas con el manejo de agroquímicos.
