Abstract
En este ensayo se analizan las características generales de las principales luchas agrarias presentadas en Colombia en la década de 1920. Para estudiarlas, se considera como telón de fondo el predominio de la gran propiedad en la estructura agraria colombiana, luego de lo cual se examina el contexto general de las transformaciones experimentadas por la agricultura nacional después de la Primera Guerra Mundial y, por último, se sintetizan los rasgos principales de las luchas agrarias en las haciendas cafeteras y en el territorio del actual departamento de Córdoba. Este ensayo de tipo histórico se apoya tanto en las fuentes primarias de la época estudiada como en las fuentes secundarias generadas sobre las luchas agrarias desarrolladas en el país en las primeras décadas del siglo XX.
