Abstract
En este artículo se analizan los factores de éxito de organizaciones agroindustriales demujeres rurales a través de la indagación empírica de nueve pequeñas agrupaciones ubicadasen el departamento de Cundinamarca en Colombia. Se discute que el criterio decisivopara el éxito de la acción colectiva es la activación de las redes sociales presentes en elterritorio, situación que es impulsada y mantenida por la ampliación de las oportunidadespolíticas y la construcción de valores solidarios. Las organizaciones del estudio son el resultadode la institucionalización autónoma de supuestos culturales compartidos y tienencomo condición previa, el fortalecimiento del tejido social y la construcción de diversascapacidades. Asimismo, se comprueba el carácter multifuncional de estas agroindustrias,dada su capacidad de contribuir con el empoderamiento de las mujeres, la generación debienes públicos para el resto de la comunidad y la creación vínculos horizontales y verticalespara favorecer la economía local.Cuadernos de Desarrollo Ruralis registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
