Abstract
El propósito de este artículo es presentar algunas transformaciones experimentadas porlas explotaciones familiares productoras de granos de la región pampeana argentina,incorporando desarrollos recientes sobre la reestructuración productiva. En relación a losprocesos de trabajo se analizan tres grandes facetas de cambio: la externalización desegmentos del proceso productivo, la creciente importancia del trabajo de gestión y lapluriactividad. Asimismo, se analizan las transformaciones en las dinámicas familiares apartir del uso instrumental de normas legales.
