Abstract
Este artículo describe la formación del modelo de la hacienda cafetera, las formas de organización administrativoempresarialy los sistemas laborales adoptados en el caso de La Aurora (Líbano- Tolima) durante el período 1882-1907. En este análisis se toman en cuenta las diferentes fases de administración interna y el papel desempeñadopor propietarios, administradores y trabajadores. Describe la fundación de una empresa cafetera en terrenosbaldíos, así como las primeras estrategias y experiencias empresariales que permitieron la expansión de lacaficultura a finales del siglo diecinueve.Cuadernos de Desarrollo Ruralis registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
