Abstract
El artículo está dividido en dos Danes: En la primera se trata de identificar los impactos resultantes de la construcción de la presa de Dllum en el medio ambiente natural a partir de la inclusión selectiva de aquellos procesos y acciones humanas que pueden haber tenido incidencia directa o asociada sobre la productividad o uso de los recursos naturales del área estudiada. En la segunda parte se dará atención a los impactos relacionados con el medio ambiente social a nivel del Comportamiento de los agentes productivos en las fincas mismas. Como en situaciones similares, en el caso analizado el comportamiento del agricultor es visualizado como la resultante de las condiciones del medio ambiente físico, la cultura, la estructura y la organización del sistema de riego y las normas legales específicas
