Abstract
La póliza de responsabilidad civil, específicamente respecto de los médicos y profesionales dedicados al arte de curar ha sido objeto de debate respecto a su siniestralidad y correspondiente modalidad de cobertura. Por lo tanto este artículo planeta un análisis legislativo de los países de Argentina y Colombia respecto a la manera cómo se ha desarrollado su reglamentación, inicialmente de la responsabilidad civil en general, para posteriormente abordar aquella que versa sobre los profesionales médicos. En este mismo orden de ideas mediante un paralelo de derecho comparado entre ambos países presenta los cambios y tendencias jurisprudenciales que a lo largo del tiempo se han establecido.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
