Abstract
En este artículo presentamos desde la regulación salvadoreña, el análisis delprincipio de la buena fe que debe imperar en el contrato de seguro, en particular,en su relación con el riesgo, elemento fundamental del contrato. Labuena fe, tanto como un concepto así como una institución en el Derecho deSeguros, particularmente en la práctica precontractual y contractual, siendoen la primera en la que adquiere mayor significado, al punto que se aludecon mucha frecuencia que el contrato de seguro es de uberrimae bona fides.Veremos el tratamiento de la buena fe desde su perspectiva legal como jurisprudencial,haciendo también uso de derecho comparado.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
