Abstract
El artículo describe y analiza el modo en que se han consolidado los derechos del consumidoren el ámbito argentino, las posturas de la doctrina al respecto y su protecciónconstitucional y legal. De igual forma ahonda en el fenómeno de la socialización de laresponsabilidad y da una repuesta sobre la clase de relación existente entre el seguroy el consumo además de sus consecuencias en la aplicación legislativa.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
