Abstract
El presente estudio pretende poner al día la revolución que presenta para los seres humanos y para industria en general los nuevos tratamientos tecnológicos de diagnóstico y terapéuticos en el campo de la genética y especialmente en la medicina. Todos estos avances tecnológicos aplicados a la medicina tienen una enorme repercusión en el sector asegurador, pues abren nuevos escenarios de riesgo, especialmente en los seguros de responsabilidad civil, vida y salud. En los seguros de responsabilidad civil, el riesgo y daño genético, el riesgo de retirada, el riesgo de desarrollo, etc. En cuanto a los seguros de vida y salud en qué les afecta el test genético, la medicina preventiva en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de las enfermedades crónicas y de mortalidad, así como el coste de los medicamentos innovadores.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
