Abstract
Luego de una pequeña introducción en que comenta algunos problemas del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidente de Tránsito (SOAT) y de los seguros oncológicos en relación a los médicos, el autor hace una revisión de los fundamentos legales de la responsabilidad civil, especialmente la extracontractual, a partir de la legislación peruana y luego explica los alcances del seguro de responsabilidad civil general.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
