Abstract
The purpose of this dossier, as pointed out by its title, is to describe the actions related to liability insurance and hence examine the enforcement of the rights of both victims and assureds. Even though Duch perspective entails reviewing the substantial basics of the apropos institutions, it also allows to focus the attention on the prosecution ways available in practice.
The present dossier is divided into three sections. The first one shows a panoramic view of liability insurance, complete with notion and Basic elements (Chapter I). The second section gathers liability trends, including actions that victims may bring against the responsible persons (Chapter II). And, Lastly, the third section covers actions related to liability insurance, which incorporate high complexity for diversity mix. There are actions that the victims can bring against the responsible persons. Victims also count on actions to be brought against the insurer if the law provides for direct action and, finally, the assured is also entitled to actions against the insurer (Chapter III).
