The purpose of this dossier, as pointed out by its title, is to describe the actions related to liability insurance and hence examine the enforcement of the rights of both victims and assureds. The present dossier is divided into three sections. The first one shows a panoramic view of liability insurance, complete with notion and Basic elements (Chapter I). The second section gathers liability trends, including actions that victims may bring against the responsible persons (Chapter II). And, Lastly, the third section covers actions related to liability insurance, which incorporate high complexity for diversity mix.
