Abstract

The cardiac surgery embraces the combined of clinical tractions that yurself mix with congenital anomalies and diseases acquired from the circulatory system. This character of surgery, complex in some locations, demnads that the institutions of health count with an human experience team, education and especial training, as well as a recourse technical and material, that allow the drive, treatment and rehabilitation to cardiovascular level. This article make a review about the extracirporeal circulation and tehe management in the intra operative cycle, a Brief review of the anatomy and cardiac physiology, upgrading the professional intervention of nursery, as part of the attention interdisciplinary all patient competed to cardiovascular surgery at extracorporeal circulation; being this decisive for give an quality attention and minimize significantly the complications in the postoperative inmmediately.
