Abstract

It is a quantitative reserarch with 67 students from Medicine, Nursery and Bacteriology careers, using a test to identify theri knowledge and an observation guide to watch their practices about the use of Personal Protection Elements, washing hand procedure, waste and cutting devices management and the things that they do when they have a biological accident. After the investigation was found a poor general knowledge and reduced practices about that themes, contributing with the biological risk accidental rate increase.
