Abstract
The text analyzes the restlessness on one of the present challenges that the profession faces, like are the ethical dilemmas in the labor field that have been originated from the new model of health and present hiring. The context of the dilemmas is related to exhausting, ambient labor days labor critical, diminished wages, relaxation of the jobs and loss of spaces of decision and professional exercise among others. With these considerations the reflection is oriented to the impact that can have the ethics in the reconstruction or adjustment of this new reality and in clarifying where the professional Ethos is located from a dissertation ethical-moral in an atmosphere rarefied on the different adjustments that are due to make to continue taking care of the health and the life with quality. For such aim it is invited to guard by the professional order so that the profession does not become denaturailzed, to promote the consideration of the professional exercise like a question of social justice and to prohang by the recovery of the lost professional self-regulation.
