Abstract
The next paper shows in a tangential way the reason shy the Colombian actual politics of children's health, have not got the impact wanted guaranteing not only the health and development of the children in all dimensions, but the conquest of a fair country which tends to achievement the hapiness for every one of them. With this objective one can see how the children keep on being scapegoats of our society, despite the promulgation and divulgation of the children rights. Subsequently, it's exposed the need of start with the construction of a democratic liberal society, that will need as basis the comunity consensus around a minimun values.
