La investigación acerca del cuidado de enfermería se ha venido incrementando en la última década. Esto denota el interés creciente desde la academía por explicar, comprender y transformar la realidad del cuidado. Con esta perspectiva y con un análisis genealógico, el texto realiza una revisión de los aportes que ha hecho la investigación desde los paradigmas más utilizados en enfermería, y plantea algunas implicaciones con este enfoque.

ABSTRACT

The investigation about the care of nursing has come increasing inthe last decade wich denotes the increasing interest from the academy to explain, to includel understand and to transform the reality of the care. With this perspective and genealogical analysis, the text makes a revision of the contriguions that has made the investigation from the used paradigms more in nursing and raises some implications with this approach.
