Abstract

This paper identifies the concept of forbidden subsidies under the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (here in after ASMC). Also it explains the forbidden subsidies attached to exports and the judicial and doctrinal path of the World Trade Organization (from here and after WTO), with the purpose of presenting several choices to modify forbidden subsidies, into those permitted by the agreement.
