Abstract

The author analyzes the judiciary Inter-American Human Rights Court practice about the right to the truth. Following the different approaches of the conception of truth that is being managed within the Inter-American’s case law, and propose possible answers to the judiciary protection causes of the right to the truth, for the victims of grave human rights violations and their next of kin.
