Abstract
This article analyzed the new US policy with respect to Africa, reflected in the rare visit of President Clinton to the African continent. The paper denounces North American economic interests with its tactic of expansion in Africa based on a relationship with mercernary ethnic minorities with the intention of installing pupper regimes that respond to the trans-national North American interests.The journal Memoria y Sociedad is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
