Abstract

This article compares the international agenda that comes after the fall of the Soviet Union, with the economic and social development plans and programs that were adopted in Colombia since 1990 and until 2010. Its purpose is to demonstrate that Colombia has adhered fully to the guidelines of the economic agenda and international politics and that, as a consequence, its economic law simply collects such postulates, either in the external order, as in the internal order.
