##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.details##
Abstract
This article is a preliminary outline of game theory and its application to Law. It outlines the theory’s origin and development, its elements and its connection to the conventions or agreements used by legal operators, as well as its link to trial development and legal negotiation. It uses simple language, overcoming the mathematical garb that economists have covered it with.
