Abstract
One purpose of this edition of the magazine is to study the relationship between education and new jobs and labor camps. Thinking about the current professions also forces us to rethink the scientific disciplines and new professions, arts and crafts. This is the framework in which the interview with the Deputy Minister of Higher Education of Colombia, Javier Botero Alvarez, takes place.
