Abstract
De manera breve y desde una perspectiva histórica, se presentan a los proncipales hitos en el proceso de legalización de las emisoras comunitarias en Colombia, al tiempo que se señalan los principales actores institucionales y personales en este proceso; además, se revisan las líneas conceptuales que guiaron a los creadores y gestores de este servicio de radiodifusión - enmarcados en las nociones de comunicación, cultura y desarrollo - y se indican algunos interrogantes sobre el futuro desarrollo en relación con la inserción en el mundo de las industrias culturales y la globalización de estas radios locales por excelencia.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
