Abstract

This article poses a reflection about concepts, objects and possible paradigms that have been studied by communication researchers. It aims at examining whether or not there is a relation between the theoretical aspects of communication and organizational communication. Having this purpose in mind, the authors conduct a thorough review of the literature on research carried out by experts in the fields of communication, organizational communication and linguistics.
