Abstract
The speed of changes in communication and the volume ofinvestments make it increasingly difficult to "think" of a slow and calm human activity. Reflection on this topic should include both the technological dimension and the new forms of communicatlon. This article discusses the environment where a new strategic man is taking shape, having the necessary skills to live and survive in the midst of rapid changes.
