Abstract
Samper and Vallejo's anthology evokes that long period of world life in which newspapers were physical objects that could be carried under the arm, had to be bought in order to read them and their public was practically invisible, except for a few "letters to the editor". "Of the editorial section. The light notes were (and still are) those small texts on topics not so serious, which in some countries and times have been called chronicles, modernist chronicles, literary chronicles or articles.
