Abstract
El presente artículo es una descripción y análisis del proceso de activación de la resiliencia llevado a cabo con veinte familias vinculadas a la Comunidad Terapéutica Luis Amigó de Medellín, que se hizo como proyecto de investigación-acción durante todo el año de 1999. En él se emplearon, como estrategia para lograrlo, los ocho principios de interacción emocional y mediación cognitiva que propone el International Child Development Programs, ICDP. El resultado que se esperaba al finalizar dicho proceso, y que se pudo comprobar en la evaluación final del proyecto, era el fortalecimiento de los vínculos de afecto sano entre sus miembros, necesario para la generación de un ambiente diferente al de la codependencia.
