Abstract

La presente reflexión intenta colocar el problema de los divorciados vueltos a casar de cara a una nueva perspectiva, es decir, una posible solución: distinguir la indisolubilidad teológica del plan de Dios, que quiere que el matrimonio sea para siempre, y admitir que la indisolubilidad jurídica, como actitud eclesial, debe hacerse más flexible para resolver los conflictos irremediables de la pareja humana. Esta perspectiva tiene su fundamento en la tradición eclesial del primer milenio, en el reciente diálogo ecuménico y en la reflexión teológica sobre algunas “analogías” que sugieren aplicar a la teología del matrimonio la evolución que ya se ha realizado en otros campos.
