Abstract
La teología tiene como núcleo fundamental las relaciones entre Dios y la humanidad, la creación del universo en relación con el hombre y la salvación del mismo por Dios; el destinatario de ella es el ser humano histórico y contextualizado cultural y socialmente. Por ello, la teología debe estar “abierta” y en permanente crisis, lo que supone una constante búsqueda: “una teología siempre en proyecto y en estado de reforma”.
Se requiere, por tanto, un “estilo” teológico capaz de ser entendido por los no creyentes que se centre en la búsqueda de la verdad, en cuanto implique diálogos y polémicas objetivas; que sea interdisciplinario y entre en diálogo con otros saberes dando prioridad a los problemas del hombre y de la Sociedad en el tiempo presente; que se fundamente en el Evangelio interpretado con método riguroso y que se correlacione con la vida y sus exigencias éticas.
