Imaginarios sociales en el Magdalena Medio colombiano

Abstract

El presente artículo es un ejercicio exploratorio de diálogo entre la teología y las ciencias sociales, a partir de la categoría imaginario social instituyente propuesta por el filósofo Cornelius Castoriadis. La reflexión se aplica en el Magdalena Medio colombiano, en cuya región se identifican, para este caso, los imaginarios sociales de la violencia, la paz, el sacrificio religioso y la reconciliación. El análisis combina una revisión documental y la interpretación de registros etnográficos obtenidos durante la investigación en curso.
